For those of you who are kind of in the middle

How does this Mueller revelations affect you?

Does democrats and media lying for 2 years push you closer to Trump even if you may not like everything about him?

They're notably absent from this board today, aside from VOR.

Good luck getting an answer out of any of them. Even if so, expect "he's still bad despite this" type answers.

They’re meeting right now with CNN developing the new narrative

I already thought Russiagate was bogus so my reaction to the report was basically "Germans".

I don't really like/dislike politicians anymore. I just support them when they're right and oppose them when they're wrong. I will admit to enjoying the prog melt on this one.

Yes, it does for me. There are plenty of personality things I don’t like about him, but the endless investigations need to stop. The narrative, reasonably so, has been to let him finish the report. That has now happened. Absent a major white washing of the facts by Barr, which I don’t believe, then I think it’s time to move on. I don’t claim that I speak for everyone, but I’m not a real Trump fan and I think there has to be an end in this. The report is the end.

I don’t think the report was a waste as I’ve seen some say. You don’t know what’s there until you do it. The report is going to be a real gift to Trump as it clears him for a lot of folks. He wouldn’t have had that without this.

They will never ever admit they're wrong, and Im not even sure there is anything that will convince them short of a supernatural being appearing to them and delivering a punch to the face leaving permanent imprint "YOU WERE WRONG".

OK. Let's publicly and thoroughly investigate every crevice of every federal politicians life just to see what we find. I can get behind that.

I guess I would be classified as RINO or moderate. I am much more inclined to be vocal in my support for Trump in 2020. The negative media bashing made me sympathize towards him. I feel like the media negativity may have helped him. Now, this narrative ties in perfectly for a strong Trump positive effect. If the next month is smooth, I suspect Trump's approval ratings will break 50% by the Summer. No incumbent has ever lost with that rating.

This is exactly the problem. You don’t see anything wrong with using fake intel and political opposition research to spy on and investigate someone simply because you disagree with them politically

In our country we do not investigate people “to see what’s there.” We investigate allegations of crimes based on real, actual evidence.

True....in that case the face punch needs to be a tad harder and turn out the lights permanently.

I agree with you. What I’m saying is all of that was unknown by the general public when this started. The next step is to go after people who knew there was fake intel and such. Screw ups and being wrong are allowed. What you described is not. I believe once the report train got going you had to let it finish. Now that it’s done, they should absolutely ask if there reasons for starting it were misguided or nefarious. The ones asking those questions also can’t be the ones who made the original decision.

They do not think for themselves. They are watching the networks to see how they are suppose to react.

Every time a thread like this is posted, all that happens is it garners dumbass responses by the resident baws. I don't understand. Did they not read the OP?

As to your question, I would like to read the report itself, not just a 4 page summary from Barr.

Barr outed his credibility/bias somewhat by taking it upon himself to include his opinion on the facts recited in the report about obstruction.

You can kick the can all you want Texrider there is nothing in that report we don’t know.

Don’t be obtuse.

Or answer the question as if Barr did his job today.

That’s irrelevant. How often does the public know the inner workings of intelligence or criminal investigations when they first start?

No no no. This was not a screw up. This wasn’t a common mistake that you make and say oh my bad that was not my intention.

These were choices made repeatedly by the highest level of our intel agencies. Unelected beurocrats who thought they knew better than the rest of us. It was a set up. Information was pushed in to be pulled out later to give the appearance of collusion. People stood in a FISA court, raised their right hand, and swore information was true and verified that was neither. Wake up man
