You missed the point. The fricking outgoing president engaged a spying operation against a political opponent. That shite isn't supposed to happen under some sort of search mission. You better fricking be close. Otherwise there can be no justification for doing it in the first place

Acting AG says it's close, though his comments were vague. They just executed two new search warrants so they don't look that close.

It should have been close in the summer of 2016. Otherwise there is no way to justify engaging the spy apparatus against a political opponent.
