Your side explicitly declared that violations of oath of office is a high crime or misdemeanor.
Mayorkas has violated his oath of office by failing to uphold and enforce the laws of the United States, as laid out in one of the articles.
Therefore, using your side’s own words and analysis, you should oppose this dismissal.
