1. trump asked pence to stall the count. pence said no.
2. sen cruz floated on fox on j5 to postpone the count, let the gop legislatures blue ribbon commission decide trump won
3. patriot boys et al attempted to stop the count .briefly succeeded. in prison for seditious conspiracy .
4. guliani and sidney powell attempted to get legislators to say trump won. did they address the fake electors.
it continued when trump asked to be reinstated in 2021. was specific. no meed tp consult constitution.
this is key. said he should be reinstated without further ado because MASSIVE FRAUD .

There were J6 defenses that raised "I thought this was what Trump wanted". The relationship between Trump and his supporters is not the same. If Black Lives Matter didn't exist there would have been rioting anyway. If Trump had ended up losing to Jeb Bush, and Bush loses to Biden, you don't get another J6.

There's a lot I could say, but there's just as much evidence that the current POTUS broke the law than anybody currently being prosecuted in this obvious political weaponization.
