I think we can all agree that India is a far more poorer, less educated, less advanced country than the US is.

96% of India's voting population (780 million+) have a voter ID card.

So, STF up with this BS argument.

Democrats seem to think that Blacks and Latinos are too challenged or not smart enough to get driver's licences or credit cards...anyone believe this? Not me

There is historical precedent of voting laws being used to disenfranchise minorities. This is not debatable. It is historical fact. This really should be basic knowledge that everyone with at least an elementary school education should know. Sad!

But what is really sad is aholes that live in the past...how about coming to now...as an infamous felon once said...I am living the life of a modern nomad and am constantly meeting new people all across the country of all social strati and racial mixes...yes, I even volunteer at churches all across the US serving at soup kitchens, teaching English as a second language(I have a TEFL certificate from Chiang Mai University), etc...I have yet met a bum or hobo of any race or color that doesn't have an ID because they need it to get food stamps and/or crazy checks...these are the facts of today, not yesterday's myths...I rest my case!!!!

I'm not really against Voter ID laws per se but view them more as laws in search of a problem. You have to provide ID when you register as it is

Wow... you don't have any idea what you're talking about. Typical.

show us in the constitution where it allows non citizens, dead citizens and citizens prohibited from voting to vote.

Show us where they're voting in numbers large enough to require disenfranchising citizens.

Any single illegal vote disenfranchises a voting citizen.

As we've discussed, legal votes were famously disenfranchised in the 2008 Minnesota Senate race. The results of that disenfranchisement were catastrophic.

that is not accurate. In California, you are automatically registered to vote when you apply for a Drivers license.

And yes, they give DL to illegal immigrants. So, using common sense, if an illegal immigrant obtained an DL in California, they also were registered to cast a vote in California.

Now i will let you ponder on the possibility that they may have done so in the last election.

My brother, it's really, really simple. Dems want no voter ID laws so that the 40 million illegal immigrants in this country can go to the poll's and vote without impunity. Nothing more nothing less. Vote for me and I'll set you free. Oh and by the way they were saying 11 million illegals here in (19 fukin 90)

For the low information readers here, just go back and watch the real live tapes recorded by Operation Veritas/ that tells the whole story about the crocked dems. and the voter fraud...but you'll have to jump out of that ignorant losers box you've been hiding out in for so many years...on second thought, you and I both know you don't have the courage to do so...

Well it's part of a larger pattern of conservatives adding layer after layer to the voting process in order to suppress as much of the vote as possible.

If one is too poor to be able to get an ID, then that person is probably collecting government assistance. So we are just turning over the hard working taxpayers' money to people who just say who they are. You cannot tell me that there is not a lot of fraud there too. They should have to show an ID to use their EBT cards anyway.

That isn't a rebuttal to what I posted.

What you posted isn't even authoritative language.

What I posted is directly on point as to whether or not a fee based ID is equivalent to an unconstitutional poll tax.

What stance...there's no going back with the middle finger in your face.

You can't let in half of Mexico and hope to say - eh, don't vote and go back.

Everyone is crying these days on both sides - battle was lost in the 70's before most of you were born.

The political view was Mexican immigrants and Mexicans already long-standing here in America and especially California and the Southwest.

That was a group of assimilation and generations...speaking English.

What the US got after 1960 - and the babies that came around the 1980s - was Spanish speaking only barrios - which became spanish speaking only banks, which became spanish speaking only everywhere...bilingual America...because nobody assimilated and nobody had time to try maybe - no English - just dinero.

That video makes me sick. At some point, enough is enough.

How rotten do you have to be to promote ideas like that for such an insignificant gain like advancement in the political arena?!

This is the same jackass who shot the Sweden video that Trump made a fool of himself by discussing on world wide TV. Turns out the guy shooting the video doctored the video to get the answers to the questions he wanted.

Why waste our time by posting another video from this fraud.
