How so? The decision has already been made. You can't undo it by having a judge retire.

The VA Court held that the process failed because early voting had already begun, violated state code, and used misleading ballot language.
There are remedies for each. They are just not doable for the 2026 election. Forcibly retiring Judges won't change the result, or "overturn the VA court decision."
