They can make that polling to show democrats win every time.
If you wanted to conduct a poll that said democrats win, all you would need to do is only call people who live in cities, especially cities that are college towns or that have large minority population. The college town survey can be pushed towards democrats by calling addresses that are closer to campus, getting more university workers or students.
If it is polling this bad, then you know it’s worse really since the polls are manipulated to fit the democrats narrative.

Trump, quite brilliantly, is bypassing Pelosi and Schumer (whom he attacked pretty significantly in 2017 and 2018) and is now, sort of, treating them sympathetically compared to his jousting with "The Squad."
While I hate they have a brand, it is great to make them the face of the democrat party going forward.
I'll say it again - Trump is a political savant. There is no other reasonable explanation for the phenomenon.

AND likely to vote
AND two years or less of college education.
Anyone white with a 4 year degree is not in that group of 1,003, but was part of the survey.
