It would be illegal for the information from that phone call to be used in any way or retained for more than 72 hours unless there was a warrant to wiretap Flynn. So it's irrelevant that the Russian Embassy may have been the target of surveillance

Also the dates that FICA requests were put in were way before any Investigation by Obama was ordered. Or before Manafort was in the Trump Campaign.
Also why didn't the media ever question Obama's DHS hacking Georgias SecOf State election conputers?
The report Obama ordered to go to him and Congress: came back clean. So there is no excuse why Trump's classified oval office communications with foreign leaders should be tapped and leaked to reporters.

Just my opinion here but i believe the leaks from the IC will continue as long as they think the GOP controlled Senate/House are not responding properly to what IC members view as a threat to our democracy
