Where do you find this stuff? I mean I'm sure it's accurate. Are you still taking the collagen? A certain family member Saw an ad for Collagen powder. It is supposed to be good for the Mind for joint health and weight loss because of probiotics.
So I Tried it. They actually call It Creamer and it goes right in my coffee . I have a sudden urge 2 have an encyclopedc memory And ask AI things...

Prime used to have some pretty good old/boring documentaries… I tend to have a decent memory. Although for that tid bit all I could recall was 1950s, spraying stuff and San Francisco- I googled it and it came right up.
It’s Creatine I was taking- still do when I’m well hydrated and remember to take it LONG before bed. I was mixing it with caffeine powder but then read it might not work as well together…. It did for me though, I need to get back on it.
I might have to try the collagen too!!
