Saying people that disagree with the drug war are drug dealers is the equivalent of saying people that support the 2nd amendment are responsible for gun murders. I am neither of those things but I am a principled and this is a principled small government argument

I believe in individual responsibility and not calling in the gment to punish people with different morals than me. Once again what is the logic behind making an inanimate object illegal. Would you support chairs being illegal if someone came up with an emotional argument for it

Bunch of god damned snowflakes want the big strong government to protect individuals from themselves instead of pursuing the goal of Liberty.

How do you feel about the "snowflakes" being forced by the government to pay for emergency treatment, naloxone, for overdose and "frequent flyers" in Emergency rooms. The druggies take up physicians time, denying snowflakes timely medical treatment.

My nursing friend was just telling me about a drug addict who came to the emergency room.
When the Dr refused to give him more pain medication, ge got angry and was chasing the DR. around the ER room. The addict left and faked an injury, called the rescue squad and came back on a stretcher.

I don't think the government should pay for it.

I also don't think medical care is a right. That guy was not entitled to the goods and services of those doctors.

Why do you statists act like this is some kind of gotcha? Who the frick wants to support this hypothetical situation? What kind of clown sees this as a choice between the two ridiculous scenarios?

It's literally "kill drug dealers, or pay the expenses of every junky on earth!! 1!!1!1!". If someone has even two brain cells to rub together, they can figure out a much more equitable solution to this problem.

Well not a legal eagle by any means Didn't know they over turned a death penalty in my scenario.

They overturned Louisiana’s death penalty for child molesters as being violative of the prohibition on cruel and unusual punishment. The gist of that decision was that anything less than murder does not deserve the death penalty, so I would assume drug dealers are a complete no go.

I'll protect me and my family from drug crazies, I don't need the gment for that. I'm saying in a free society drugs are legal and I want to live in a free society and everything that comes with it. I'm not afraid of a meth head or crack head. They're not super human's, they're just fricked up

Either legalize it and get the criminal element out of it or kill the drug dealers and get the criminal element out of it.
