Does the fact that Great Britain beat the Republic of Congo in their match, make the British team racist?

And the British fans that celebrated the win, are they now racist?

What if there were some Brits that were actually pulling for the Congo?
Does that make them racist regardless because they are British?

The black British fans that pulled for England. Are they now Uncle Toms?

I want to learn how to look at this.

Is there one? I thought they played as separate countries - Wales, Scotland, England?
