Build them in the middle of nowhere, who cares honestly…. Fort Worth is building one off the 820 loop around the city with neighborhoods near by and the city council changed the zoning from retail to light industrial in a closed door meeting where they voted unanimously to do it…. People are pissed.

The water issue is a bullshite issue.
The water is not typically returned. Most will be pulling ground water or using municipal water. Ones in hot/humid climates will pull 0.1 to 2 million gallons per day. It really just depends on the scale and location.
