I'd like to wash Taylor Swift's feet, but, she probably won't allow it.

I didn't see it because I didn't watch the game, but I can imagine it was woke and poorly received.

Forbes
A group called He Gets Us ran two ads during the Super Bowl game in an effort to spread the word about Jesus. One of the donors behind the ads is a craft chain billionaire worth nearly $15 billion.
A multi-billionaire donor behind two unusual ads that ran during the Super Bowl on Sunday is David Green, the founder of a national chain of craft stores and a big donor to the Museum of The Bible in Washington, D.C.
The group behind the Jesus-focused ads is He Gets Us, a limited liability company that says it’s an initiative of The Servant Foundation, a public charity and Christian foundation based in Kansas that last year launched a $100 million effort to improve the image of Jesus, as the Washington Post reported. One of the backers of the initiative is billionaire David Green, the founder of craft store chain Hobby Lobby, who is estimated by Forbes to be worth $14.8 billion.
“The Greens are part of a diverse group of individuals and entities with a common goal of sharing Jesus’ image authentically,” Jason Vanderground, a spokesperson for He Get Us and the president of Haven, the agency that directed the ad campaign, said in an email sent to Forbes. Green also spoke to Glenn Beck during a podcast interview in November about the He Gets Us campaign. “We're wanting to say ‘we’ being a lot of different people that he gets us. He understands all of us. He … loves who we hate, so I think we have to let the public know and create a movement, really,” Green told Beck.

If Jesus exists then so does Lucifer/Satan. Such that Satan “the shinning angel” will “appear as an angel of light”, maybe promoting a totalitarian system of love via diversity, equity and inclusion? Jesus does not coerce or force people to serve Love, as that would be nullifying the Creative Impetus of Love and respect for personal sovereignty (free will to reject love/worship of Self over God). If God did that it would be no better than the narcissistic, self worshipping Satan. Love must be an uncoerced choice. Jesus died to prove the narrative of true Love for the ‘Children’; will Satan do the same? Most will be fooled, but as the Globalist suicidal, herding cats fiasco implodes, Jesus/Truth/Vision will certainly “appear in the clouds “. Nuclear clouds most likely. Humanity will learn the final lesson, such being that our inland flawed nature dooms us to failure minus the ‘Savior’ Jesus Christ’s mercy and leadership. JMO. To each their own.

But Jesus wants you to wash the feet of a woman who just killed her baby at “planned parenthood”. That part was very disturbing. The gaslighting for abortion never stops.

The disturbing part is the inference that those who oppose abortion don't do anything else for anyone. I would be willing to bet any amount of money that people who protest at abortion clinics do A LOT for their fellow human beings.

The washing of feet wasn’t about race, but the need for spiritual cleansing.
If America wants to get rid of their hatred, then it’s not done through washing people’s feet, but in drawing closer to God through Christ. No amount of feet washing will cause a heart of stone to become a heart of flesh.
I find it comical how people will take one thing from scripture and ignore the other 99 percent that they disagree with, and even that one thing they pick from scripture they missed the understanding of.

FAUX outrage. How dare anyone inject the Lord into the mess of indulgence and alt-symbolism prevalent throughout the broadcast of the Super Bowl!
The act of washing feet symbolized a servant's heart and humbling oneself.
In the Old Testament, feet often symbolize stability, direction, and the path of righteousness. Psalms 119:105, "Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path," feet represents guidance and the way of God's teachings.

No, no, you got it wrong.
Commie shitstains want you to believe that Jesus spent his time kickin' it with thugs and whores.
These ads are just beyond the grasp of you old people.
Jesus was more like this:
Than what you judgemental old fools were led to believe by your parents.....

I like this quote. I also like the idea of de-stigmatizing our enemies the way Jesus did in the parable of the Good Samaritan, which was told in response to the question who is my neighbor. The Samaritans were hated by the Jews but Jesus made one the hero of the story, portraying the religious leaders as uncaring. Based on the reaction to this spot I would say it must have hit a little too close to home for some folks.

there are two types of people in each image. one washing feet, the other getting their feet washed. here are some examples:
- cop washes a black man's feet
- old white man washes a native american's feet
- old white lady washing washes a young girls feet outside of a family planning clinic
- priest washing a homosexual's feet
- white woman washes an immigrant (illegal?) feet outside of a bus
- black girl washes a latina/ME girl's feet during a protest
eta: it's pretty one sided i'd say.

None of whom were repentant sinners looking to Christ for forgiveness of their sins either, and if these people are going to use Christ as an example, then they might want to get the purpose of it right first before using feet washing as an example for man to follow, like looking to Christ for cleansing them of their sins.
Feet were the dirtiest of things back then, walking in dirt and mud, dung, and everything you can imagine, and so the message is clear, Christ came to cleanse man of his sins. Jesus told Peter, who objected to Him washing His feet that if He didn’t do it, then Peter could not have any part with Him.
Leave it to man to miss every single point to washing feet, and make it something it never was intended to mean.

Because those people missed the point. If you’ve never seen, or had it done, it’s very humbling for both.

I would like to know the big money behind those ads, that wasn't cheap.

It moved me to the point, I had to take a shite.
The NFL and the Bud light revival is pretty annoying as well.
Brain washing at its best.
