I just want to clarify im not advocating for the Muslims. Im simply pointing out that the whole Israel thing is really bad theology and is putting a lot of gullible Christians on the wrong path. Christians are our brothers, be they Mesionic Jews or Arabs or whomever. Not jews. They are not our brothers. Nor do they see us as brothers.
And for any Jewish reader, I have no animosity for Jews. None. My God was a Jew. Its just there is no faith based connection, that's all. I don't assign any special status to Jews. I dont assign any extra blame to jews. To me, jews are in the same boat as all non Christians.
And I believe everyone has a right to defend themselves. But there are lines that shouldn't be crossed and proportionality. And I don't see Arabs or Jews or any race as subhuman.

Agreed with that.
I do believe we do need to love Jewish people, but we show that love by being a witness for Christ to them.
I do think the politics aspect is different, Israel is a nation, I think as Christians we can determine if Israel as a secular nation is worth being an ally with just like Germany.
Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Israel are all nations with no friends.
That makes them valuable to the US.
But thats a geopolitical view not a religious view.

Being from Utah, you should understand the resistance of the Utes vs Morman's and other encroachers, including other Tribes.
Who would you say Israel is today? The Utes, the Morman's or competing native tribes, who the Utes originally battled against? They all can claim that Utah is their god given right. In the end, and understanding history, it is the ones who rule in the present as the ones we recognize.

US would not be a superpower without Israel. Israel is the beating heart of the US as a world power. Without Israelis blessing and its intelligence apparatus, we would not be where we are today.
