Roughly the same. Buying low and selling high is a pretty basic economic concept. It is more surprising that someone in the Biden admin thought about something other than transjingus.
But if you are trying to compare, the HUGE difference is that Trump took control of oil form Iran and Venezuela, who sell the majority of their oil to China.
