Where is this right in the Constitution/Bill of Rights? Where is the right to birth control enshrined in the law?

This isn’t even relevant to this situation.
From the OP:

The rights of the public to obtain healthcare and legal drugs from a clinic

Reasonable accommodations is kind of a stupid way to look at this. Her beliefs prevent her from performing the duties associated with the position. The company allowed her an exemption that reduced her specific job duties and inconveniences their customers.
They then make a blanket policy change not just against her, and no longer permit employees to not do their full responsibilities.
I am fine with this. She can go work at a clinic that does not offer contraceptives or abortion pills. It’s not her right to have that specific job.
Does it suck that she was doing it and they changed the policy? Sure.l, but it is still within their rights. I am sick of people wanting jobs/positions where they want exceptions for their beliefs allowing them to skirt those responsibilities and put it on others
Conviction is finding a job that’s duties line up with your belief, not forcing others to do more.

I thought the constitution limited the powers of the federal government and our rights were granted to us by our creater? Not the document. Pretty convenient this red herring pops up when it goes directly against what people here say often.

Someone explain to me how being shitty at your job is your religion.
E.g., There was a Ob/Gyn I knew who was Catholic, and he didn't do tubal ligation/birth control. He'd do the w/u and referral to his partners. A little odd, but it worked fine. Certainly had nothing to do with "being shitty at his job."
Having said that, I'm a little surprised CVS opened Pandora's Box with accomodations to begin with. I don't see her winning the suit.

it's relevant to the assertion there is a "right" to these things, and the personnel action by CVS is putting these so-called "rights" over the actual rights of the former employee.

Don’t know what that has to do with practicing medicine
You don't know what the sustained demonstration of incompetence from doctors has to do with practicising medicine? Yeah, me, either. But the lunatics are running the asylum.

You want to see incompetence? Have someone with no training in medicine play pretend doctor.

You're really good at Strawman arguments.

Had lots of nurse practitioners. One delivered one of my kids and did a better job than the doctors who performed the same function.
But using medicine to gut the country has destroyed medicine and that's due to doctors having no integrity, not nurse practitioners. Sorry, doc.

Wasn’t asserted, but was inserted by the poster you quoted. So irrelevant to the cvs situation.

Did you pull a ham string with that stretch? Are you actually a lawyer?

If prescribing birth control goes against your faith, don't work in a job that expects you to prescribe birth control. It's really that simple. The rights of the public to obtain healthcare and legal drugs from a clinic do not get thrown out the window because of your religious beliefs. If you are uncomfortable doing something, don't apply for a job where that something is part of the job description.
So, people should be prohibited from a career because they don’t want to perform .1% of the full scope of it based on a legitimate religious belief?
Should a Hindu lawyer have to defend a beef processing company in a criminal action regardless of the fact that killing cows violates his faith? Should a catholic OBGYN be required to perform an abortion if he lives in a pro-choice state? What about a 80 year old baptist doctor who started practicing when birth control or abortion was illegal (in line with his religious beliefs) and then the law changes?
I say all this as someone who is pro-choice. Such a ridiculous, absolutist position to take. This isn’t a situation where anything is life threatening. No one is throwing someone’s right to healthcare away. The quote literally says she refers them to someone who will provide what they need which is sometimes in the same building. She’s not demanding that CVS stop dealing the meds—it’s a purely personal decision.

CVS isn’t winning this one.
Especially if she can demonstrate accomodations of any kind for other religions - such as allowing Muslim employees to stop work several times to pray.

As a physician she has all the right in the world to not prescribe certain medications. However, her employer can fire her for not doing this and this isn’t a reasonable accommodation like a wheelchair or Sundays off.
