There was a time, right after the emancipation proclamation was signed, that what you're suggesting would have happened. It actually did happen back then.

I'm not sure what happened to make it stop happening.

True. But...

Not to oversimplify things, but it is fair to say they "originated" on plantations, watching and mimicking their lazy owners. You can read about it in Black Rednecks and White Liberals, by Thomas Sowell.

White liberals are the major factor in the decline of black America. That’s the root of the cause that needs to be addressed.

That’s like saying Little Debbie is the leading cause of obesity.

Your map on subsaharan africa is wildly inaccurate. The slaves that came to the Americas are from west Africa, which is a completely different culture from sub sharan Africa, which is a completely different culture from American ghetto culture.

It's nothing like saying that.

So what will you do take make your country safer?
I would start with doing away with any government handouts that perpetuate negative behavior. Next, I would adopt a carrot and stick policy. Reward good behavior, and throw the book a bad behavior. Right now, consequences are not feared. Hell, we now have cash-less bail, and relatively short sentences for serious, violent crime. 3 strike rules should be common. If a person gets convicted twice of serious crimes, consider him unable to live among civilized people.

It is not inaccurate. What do you think sub-saharan means?

No serious person considers the Sahel sub Saharan.

Feel free to ask Grok what the Sahel is

I'm not ready to condemn an entire race, some of whom have been close friends over the years.

Its a culture of dependency and entitlement. Generationally poor people have nothing to lose, to help curb their behavior.

Nope. There are hard-wired genetic differences. Many walking this earth are not truly human. They are hybrids. The greatest lie ever told is that we are all equal. We are not.

We should apply the same three strike rule to judges.... a criminal performs a fourth violent crime and you're the person who let him off after three? You should go to jail with that person.

You are just moving the goals posts at this point. You do realize you can categorize regions in different ways, right? And sometimes... places & terms overlap. Shocking, I know.

Malcom X too:

…[A]ny form of integration, forced integration, any effort to force integration upon whites is actually hypocritical. It is a form of hypocrisy involved. If a white man puts his arm around me voluntarily, that’s brotherhood. But if you hold a gun on him and make him embrace me and pretend to be friendly or brotherly toward me, then that’s not brotherhood, that’s hypocrisy. And what America is trying to do is pass laws to force whites to pretend that they want Negroes into their schools or in their places of employment. Well, this is hypocrisy, and this makes a worse relationship between black and white, rather than if this could be brought about on a voluntary basis

Instead of the negro leaders having the black man begging for a chance to dine in white restaurants, the negro leaders should be showing the black man to do something to strengthen his own economy, to give himself an independent economy, or to provide job opportunities for himself. Not begging for a cup of coffee in a white man’s restaurant.

No, I apologize for assuming I was dealing with people educated enough to know the difference between the Sahel and what is commonly known as sub-Saharan Africa.

Unless of course you just mean black people vs brown Arabs that live on the Mediterranean coast b

I am. The majority shouldn't be held down by the minority.

Imagine what would be like without them here. I get tingles just thinking about it.
