No The Supreme Court ruled only that Roe v. Wade was a faulty decision and they reversed it. It did not rule that abortion was not a federal issue. It is a state-only issue currently because there is no federal law in place to analyze/scrutinize. The ruling in no way spoke to the potential of a federal law (and Kavanaugh's concurrence specifically references the potential for one).
damn it I'm agreeing with SFP again.

The court basically said, "because there is no federal law on the books, this has to be handled by the states"

You don’t.
ted Cruz getting elected or no elected impacts all Americans. Not just Texans. He is a US senator...

Surely you realize that.

don't always see eye eye with you, but this shite has gotten old. It's like there must be a punching bag on the PT. It used to be Rex, or ASURob1 or Toddy. It detracts from discussion and cheapens the board to no end.
thank you

there's a great deal of Group Think on here

Anything outside the norm is criticized even if the contribution is outside the norm but consistent with what the norm claims itself to be

I make no claims on being innocent with some of the name calling sometimes you know you're not gonna have a decent conversation so you just have fun

That being said we all could benefit from a little less of the aggressive nature of the board and actually listening to someone

because slow and others have opinions I would very much like to hear I believe after a decent amount of sharing we would realize we agree on far more than we disagree on
