The unfortunate reality is around half of voters are either brain dead with no common sense, or they are totally infected by TDS. And the two categories are not exclusive. Some folks on this board are prime examples of one or both categories.

It is incredible to me that Allred is even this close to Cruz. In LH and Bastrop, where I have lived in Texas, you would not be caught dead supporting a Democrat. Does Austin, DFW, Houston, San Antonio, and El Paso have that much strength in numbers to make it close?

Why are you, an unknown turd in the punch bowl, coming here and posting this?

I corrected a person who mis-stated the current state of the law.
By your standard, he made the first "courtroom argument" but he did not appear superior (because he was wrong).
What is your issue with correcting a mistruth/incorrect comment, exactly?

Because he's relying on the "not emotionally melting down means you support the out-group" meme.

That his mo. Due to his overwhelming insecurities, he is constantly telling the hoi peloi how smart he is and how dumb and beneath his soy laden arse that we are.

This is not true.
But I’m not a lawyer and don’t pretend to be one.

I live in Allred’s district. He hasn’t done shite. Never appears on major media. Never makes appearances locally. Hasn’t sponsored any major legislation. Wasted taxpayer money and Congressional time voting for impeachment twice. Never breaks with the Dems to vote more aligned with a conservative state.
He’s just as much an empty suit as Kamala is.

The fact that you spent more than a decade thoroughly demonstrating to everyone else on this website that you are not intelligent person, and are now trying awkwardly hard to convince everyone on this website that isn’t true, after recently having a stroke, is perplexing to say the least.

Prepare to be soy splained by the infamous SFP

The DNC gave him 200 million to spend.

Then why exactly are there state laws regarding abortion and federal laws?
Because Congress never passed one.
Just look at Kavanaugh's concurrence:
quote:
After today’s decision, the nine Members of this Court will no longer decide the basic legality of pre-viability abortion for all 330 million Americans. That issue will be resolved by the people and their representatives in the democratic process in the States or Congress

So you believe that posters can only post about races, polls, issues, elections, etc. if they live in that particular district?
That is going on in almost literally every thread. Why did you pick this one?
Posted on 10/15/24 at 9:04 pm to bluestem75
I'm uncertain about the district for Liberty Hill/Leander. I can't recall if I transferred my vote from Bastrop to this county. It seems like I may need to travel to Bastrop to vote and then update my voting location before the '26 vote.

So you define "trolling" as "correcting someone who said something incorrect"?
Here is a thread about early voting in GA
I don't see you checking drivers licenses to ensure the only people commenting are living within the jurisdiction of GA.

You are using your courtroom arguing techniques to control other people's view of these issues. Your view is strict adherence to whatever laws you think are applicable. That is your right. It doesn't mean those laws or your viewpoints are not flawed. As an attorney, your views, should be seeking what's right and just, not what's best for your client/interests.
