That is not confirmed, but keep pumping that fear. Lungs heal themselves after 9 months of not smoking, so how can you claim permanent damage when we are not even 9 months in? The study has shown that the effects of "permanent damage" from CV is on par with smoking. The doctor that ran the study even said that certain exercises can return the lungs to normal.
And yes, I will take that chance.

Every patient will have a doctor to guide as they are prescribed.
I'm not sure how you didn't realize that.

The metro area of the city and and the suburbs is like 40+ million people
