None of this is illegal. Having an affair, not illegal. Multiple partners and alleged sexual actions, not illegal, abortion, not illegal. He should probably use better judgement. Maybe make sure the person he's screwing understands the word discretion, but nothing he did would make me not vote for him again.

I love how he screen grabs that one paragraph, which includes all manner of private information potentially known by the person given this document, which makes it obvious that this is a standard NDA given to people for any number of reasons, yet he focuses on one part from which to create this fantasy land "implication."
