Was over at the deer lease a couple weeks back and decided to go check in on a completed section, they are still building it just north of pics. We were on both sides of it at different points, there's a strip of land between the Rio and the wall with several houses on the river, not sure if I could see myself living on the river but some do I guess. When your boots on the ground and see what all is involved it gives you a whole other perspective, every creek that runs into the river from our side has to lined in concrete culverts so they can keep placing wall panels, they also have to building concrete deck bridges at each one for the service road that runs along the wall. There is a shite ton of concrete getting used along there. Lots of cameras at the road openings in the wall so they know who is coming and going, also saw plenty BP along with unmarked Leo's running around in their white f150s.
