Whenever our side has a big win, like the Supreme Courts ruling on abortion, instead of celebrating, we have a tendency to instead think, will this hurt us at voting booth.
With the Left, they celebrate, rub it in our faces, and don’t care at all what voters think about it.
In fact, even before their victories cool, they are plotting ways to expand them.
I’ve always felt that a person should do the right think, and let whatever happens, happen. It might not always work out in your favor, but you have the satisfaction of doing what’s right.
Besides, if a topic like abortion sways the electorate to stay with the Dems after the pain they’ve inflicted on us, we are too far gone anyway.

I agree wholeheartedly. Yet your secondary point can’t be overemphasized enough.

Though this decision is a monumental victory for Liberty and a return to the constrictions of Federal power intended by the Constitution, proponents of limited government cannot become complacent. This victory aside, almost every corridor of money power in Washington D.C. is aligned with totalitarians hellbent on domination.

Both political parties are wholly owned subsidiaries of our nation’s wholly corrupted national security apparatus: a vote in this UniParty® charade is ultimately a vote for the left or right wing of the Deep State. This is why the main lesson of RvW should be that the future of Liberty will arise in some form of subsidiary, nullification and even secession movements in the individual states.

So? Let's expand our win on abortion. Lock and load. What do we have?

Taking this fight to the state level. This thing is just starting. Conservatives need to realize that.

This is the dumbest line of thinking after mass mail in fraud and ballot harvesting has basically made voting irrelevant

I am more excited to hear WV vs EPA…..that will take the wind out of the embedded deep state of the executive branch and force our ELECTED representation to do their jobs!

Fight to for term limits and defund every organization that is not a direct responsibility of the government. Minimalize taxation. Require these Portland and Chicago types of cities to actually incarcerate people who are violent. So on and so forth.

Both sides need to stop this, there was no win or loss on abortion, just a statement that the USSC was not the proper venue for deciding it throwing it back to congress where it should have always been.

Our citizens desire to be the dumbest yet loudest sheep in the flock never ceases to astound me.

Conservatives are so accustomed to losing that they cannot accept a win without thinking in the end they will lose. The Left doesn’t care because they see a loss as just a setback in their overall march to their goals. Whether it takes 5 years, 10 years or 50 years, they don’t quit. Conservatives don’t think that way and look to see if the sky is falling every time they achieve something. Conservatives need to adopt a longer view and outlook.

Shut up, fig. If you can't read and comprehend, that's not my fault. I literally just said, What's next? Because the left is moving to entrench abortion in their states. We should be staking a position.

Nah, back to the states. The federal government has no business dictating anything in our personal lives. We need to get those crooks as far away from the individual as we can, in every respect. We need to take as much power from the federal government as we can and send it all back to the states, where we can have more say in what the state legislatures do with those powers.. and then we need to actually keep an eye on THOSE crooks.

So-called "affirmative action" needs to be outlawed and plowed under forever.

The irony is that people worried about

“Muh next election”

Believe that “muh next election” is based on actual votes

Agree in principle but we both know it aint going to play out that way, this will be the biggest fundraising cause the national parties have had in decades, no way they are letting that fall down to the statehouse boys, the shepherds have sheep to shear.

No. The left are just petulant children. Let’s be the adults in the room.

Why does being the adults in the room always mean conciliatory compromise with leftist policies? Nah. Don't think I will.
