Bogus. Way too subjective. IE, the Indians and Chinese of Malaysia are superior intellectually and culturally and financially to the Malay majority. Yet the Malays suppress and dominate them due to numbers.

As I understand it racism is the belief that one race is superior or inferior to another, that's it and logical people should be racist. Now if you think ALL members of a race are superior or inferior you would be a bigot and you would be an a-hole that does not think logically.
Everyone needs to be judged individually based on the content of their character and not the color of their skin but to say all races are the same is just silly.
