I have a question for those that follow the Texas market. The Biden people are very confident Texas will be blue due to larger turn outs then in 16 especially in Harris and the counties that voted for Beto. What is your perspective? Are there larger the turn outs in the counties that vote overwhelmingly Rrpublican.

Houston gets what they deserve, especially West U. If those people want to vote away their wealth, to hell with them.

Not panicking. Just curious. I am thinking I bought my Trump shares too high.

High turnout benefiting dems in an old lie, based on outdated polling. America is actually more red than blue right now according to Gallup.
Also, Texas does not have high concentrations of population in its cities, unlike New York or Chicago. You also have to consider Trumps polling with Hispanics right now, Joe's commitment to phase out fossil fuels, etc..
Biden will get boat raced in TX. Bookmark it.

It’s wild man. It’s about a 50/50 partisanship split and those guys get after it

We live in very northern part of Harris county bordering Montgomery county....I know these Biden people are here but Trump support is pretty strong in our area....my fears of people fricking with my shite with our Trump signs and support out in our yard, but nothing so far.

Trump won TX by 9% in 2016. If the Dems make up that much ground, the country has lurched leftward so far that we are too far gone to even worry about it anymore.

Another thing to take into considerstion -
Trump won Texas 52% to 43% Hillary in 2016. Gary Johnson got nearly 4%.
Libertarian enthusiasm is extra low right now because of Jorgensen. I think she gets maybe 2% which will favor Trump to get those voters. So somehow Biden would have to make up 5%+ of which they(the dems) did not get in Texas in 2016. I don’t see it happening.

Houston is oil USA. If he loses that area, then Trump truly is in trouble.

Trump already lost Harris county(Houston) in 2016 by 54% to 42%

Biden isn’t getting the hispanic support he needs in Texas. Or Florida for that matter.
But the suburban tennis and brunch set, who fawned over Beto, will make it closer than most people on this board think. Just take a drive through Dallas and southern Collin county and see the yard signs. Hillary wasn’t in the same ballpark as far as enthusiasm.
Will come down to the same states as 2016. WI, MI, and especially PA. Biden might surprise flip NC or AZ.

A mass voter fraud ring was taken down in Harris county. Hope that was the only one.
