The left is always guilty of what they accuse the right of doing, and we need a complete list of the Democrats who paid for this slanderous hit piece.

I’d like to read the DOJ regulations on only submitting verified information. Do you have a link?

Well, that would be evidence that if provided to the FISA court, would likely cause the FISA warrant to get rejected (for the second time).
If they knew, they were obligated to disclose that info to the court.
They knew, and they didn’t.
It’s a big deal.

The applications disclosed the opposition research nature of the source's contract. The judges that signed off on the applications obviously felt that was sufficient. They could have easily asked that additional information be included in the applications but they apparently did not. And they are not dumb.

It's actually pathetic you are defending this. No shame

Your outrage here is a function of you not understanding the process.

Just for the record. I fully support the Trump administration using the FBI to get FISA warrants on the democratic challenger using false info from opposition research.

Not dumb. Just complicit in rubber stamping things.

Do you think the judge maybe felt this way because he assumed the evidence had been verified as it normally is for FISA apps?
Meaning - if it’s verified, the source (oppo research) doesn’t matter nearly as much....
Did the FBI disclose that the info was not verified?

If you think you can get the federal judges to sign off on it go ahead.
