I'm trying to figure out how a "legally blind man" needs a walking stick if he keeps it in his back pocket.
Guessing not really blind.
Might want to also guess and figure out it doesn't matter one iota what that stick is for.

Better arrest him!

Or better find out the entire video. They weren't just sitting at that spot and harassing people passing by.

A Karen reported him for carrying a gun.
1-open carry is legal
2-he didn't even have a gun
Anything else bootlicker?

Or better, get the pre-shift meeting minutes and see if they talked about harassing people that day.

These videos all start with a Karen reporting something that makes them “ feel” unsafe. And every time the cops incorrectly think that some citizen reporting something trumps the other citizen’s constitutional rights.

So they received a complaint and followed up. Which is what cops do.
Guy who can clearly see, but is legally blind, decides to play dick head.

If the online info is correct, the female needs terminated. It appears she has been on the job 2 years. She appears to have a pending civil suit against her for an alleged bad stop. According to the suit she stopped someone for faulty lights and the dash/body cam shows working lights. The man was attacked by a police dog.
In this situation, when she approached the legally blind man and asked him what was in his back pocket, he replied a walking aid or something similar and the female officer said yea she saw him walking it. So she already knew it was not a gun. She just got pissed.
She filed at best an inaccurate police report and at worst lied. She wrote she was unable to identify it was a walking stick until she had placed the man in handcuffs. The body cam clearly shows otherwise as the man pulled out the stick and showed her.
The male officer was suspended in 2010 for leaving his K9 dog in the car when he went home and the dog died.
Not normally a bash the police guy but these two are on some form of power trip and need to go.

quote:what a pathetic take. The police officer is supposed to be a professional. If he's just another a****** then somebody needs to take away his gun and badge immediately
It's simple to see that's not a firearm, but there are better ways to approach the guy. That being said, while she quickly worked her way up to bitch mode, he started off there.
Everyone involved was jonesing for escalation to prove who was going to take the least shite.
