I hope he does at first, that’s what’s needed! Round them up for crimes against humanity and much more!

No. This wasn't a criminal matter, so he wasn't convicted. It was a civil suit.
The suit that was filed was a civil suit against the Trump Organization. I will say, though, that I think that Trump's legal team is goading James into selling his assets for the amount noted in the documents she alleges were fraudulent.
We'll have to wait and see.

She may try to sell them for the $18m the judge claims but the lenders and Trump will have appraisals on file showing it is worth much more than that.

If he in fact sold it for $250 mill to cover part of the bond, they’d accuse him of fraud for selling a property that the court estimated to be $18mill.
