CNN is upset Breitbart didn't black out the names of the FBI agents

Perez did not name either Breitbart or Trump while discussing the topic, but as CNN Tonight host Laura Coates pointed out, the names of two FBI agents who signed off on the warrant are public.
Their names were published in a report on the warrant by Breitbart on Friday afternoon, which was obtained unredacted.
The Department of Justice petitioned to publicize documents relating to the search that were redacted, presumably to protect the identities of agents involved in the raid
“There’s been an unprecedented number of threats in the wake of that search, including threatening against the two agents who signed the court documents,” Coates said. “First of all, why do people know the names of those two agents? Because it was supposed to have been redacted.”

I wonder why?

No sense in doxing the agents. They didn’t give the order to raid the home. But this is exactly why I’ve told my Dem friends to be careful. There’s gonna be political retaliation for years to come.

Good. They’re “public servants”

Yet they will plaster Nick Sandman’s name all over the news for smiling at a psychopath that’s in his face harassing him causing other psychopaths to harass him further, Kyle Rittenhouse’s name right after a justified shooting, etc. Pathetic hypocrites

Anyone complicit in this raid, even the low level field agents, should be fired. They should not be exempt from the public eye. They deserve shame and criticism just like Garland, Wray and Biden.

Terrible logic. The rank-and-file agents have to be deterred from carrying out tyrannical orders.

I doubt they were "rank and file".

The FBI sure doesn't give a frick about concealing other people's identities. They broadcast false accusations far and wide. But we're not supposed to even know true things about their agents?

They weren't. People aren't reading the second link I posted. The FBI agent that signed off the inventory list just so happens to be one involved with the January 6 committee. It wasn't some random Florida based FBI agent. This guy came down from DC for this raid and provides a direct link between the raid and the January 6 committee. CNN is upset the link between the two has come to light because the official narrative is the raid was because of "nuclear documents".

Good point.
Still, people like Hannity are completely missing the point in calling most low-level agents honorable people.
At this point if you allow yourself to be a pawn of the deep state (especially FBI/NSA/ATF/DEA) you have no honor and should be made a pariah in every local community.
Of course, until very recently this attitude was decried by the Right as un-American. The best consequence of the Trumpism might be making conservatives realize that federal agents are not some kind of noble paladins.

The problem is that Odumbf*ck politicized every alphabet agency in the federal government. The only people who’ve been hired since Odumbf*ck took office are. people who worship at the the altar Odumbf*ck. All of the people who’ve been hired since 2008 are nothing but (and have been trained to be) Democrat operatives. If you didn’t swear allegiance to the cult that is Odumbf*ck, you weren’t being hired.
Some of us have been sounding this alarm since at least 2010. I think it was The Hill of all newspapers that published a story around 2011 talking about how Odumbf*ck purged the military of all officers who didn't kiss Odumbf*ck's a$$.

We’re at the point of pick a side, tyranny or liberty. No more bullshite of “just doing my job.” Didn’t work for the Nazis at Nuremberg and doesn’t work now.
