Apparently, the video Giuliani sent out was altered by slowing down the speed of the video to make the words appear to be slurred, when in real time they were not. Correction noted.

Dude, Not only am I a 30 year registered Independent who voted for Reagan long ago as my first Prez vote, the Bushes, and John McCain, I am having an absolute ball watching Trump get man-handled by Pelosi whose main goal is to keep the aggregate polls about 43% approving of Trump, and 53% disapproving of him for 18 months to get the Biden and Harris or Biden and Tammy Duckworth ticket elected and ejecting Donald as a one term president so the SDNY and the NY AG can indict and convict him and this mob family of multiple crimes and send the Don to prison with Cohen and Manefort.
