Check out the graph about half way down this article and see if you think the current trend is anything close to natural trends.

Is there a graph that shows this natural occurrence is caused by people and not natural selection?

So what? Does your concern revolve around the idea that these Darwined via natural selection species are somehow an objective loss to humanity? If so can you explain what you mean...if not, why do you care?

Name them.
That said, I've read and heard that most of the poaching is done by the indigenous people in the area. Are you suggesting people force them to change their lives and traditional ways? Look back at what people like you did to the Indians.

If 'extinction of the human race' is the goal.
And climate change = 'extinction of the human race'.
Then he should be in favor of letting the earth warm up.

The burden of proof is always on the claimant.
You haven't even established the specifics of your claim, let alone provided any supportive evidence. All you have is "Read a book"?

You people!

If he was truly serious he wouldn't wait for 50 years. He should have blown his brains out.

If these weirdo liberals would do that the world would be a much better place.

It seems you are confused as to what is going on. Is it not true that 3rd world populations are rising much faster than developed countries? Seems that you would be in favor of eliminating portions of 3rd world populations. Care to explain?

I’m not trying to come up with solutions or place blame on any part of the population.

My post simply explores the possibility of biodiversity loss as being bad for humanity.

Data is not fake science. That data shows significant biodiversity loss. I have not attempted draw any conclusions about the cause or solutions.

We can certainly debate about wether or not it’s a bad thing. But unless someone has other data illustrating biodiversity hasn’t changed - I’m not aware of any - I think we can take that data as fact.

I don’t know. My point was not to identify cause. Just to merely point out that biodiversity loss appears to be legit.

Fair enough, but the alarmists always claim that some huge percentage of species have already gone extinct, but can't point to any negative effect on the planet or humanity caused by this.
Like other nature alarmists--like the climate change worriers-- the horror is always 10 years away.
Why is that?
What can they point to in the "extinction alarmism" that has observable and objective effects on the planet or people?
