See - thugs and criminals will eventually be held accountable by the citizens in Southeastern states. Sadly, if this guy were in about 40+ other States, he'd:
1) Not be allowed to own a gun
2) If he had one, he'd be the one convicted of a crime and the criminal would probably have 250k from BLM and other idiot groups.
