Panetta is a decent example of just how DEEP the Deep State actually is. I say he's only a "decent" example because he's still prominent enough to be known by people who keep tabs on our government. There are layers of the Deep State who are just like Panetta whose faces and names wouldn't even be recognizable to 99% of the American public. But nonetheless, they are a big part of the problem, too. (For example, who had ever heard of "Lieutenant Colonel" Vindman before he played his role with regards to one of the two impeachment proceedings against President Trump? I won't even mention how preposterous it is that the Vindman boys ended up being "pals" with some of the useful idiots in Hollywood like the buffoon known as Ben Stiller. See how DEEP this "stuff" runs?).

This is one reason why I've been preaching patience with the Trump Administration as they go about the process of trying to clean up that cesspool. Thanks to Obama and Biden, there are a ton of traitors in these federal agencies who are firmly ensconced within the bowels of TEAM DEEP STATE.

This is one more reason why someone like J.D. Vance or Marco Rubio has to succeed President Trump. Cleaning up the pig sty in Washington (with roots leading elsewhere) is going to require more than one 4-year term. (And God help us all if they manage to install a slimeball puppet like Newsom, Harris, Walz, or AOC in 2028).
