People saying they can't wait for Trump to debate Biden think it's going to be set up as a fair debate.
It will not.

Defunding the police is prog doublespeak just like "tax cut". A "tax cut" to a prog means not taxing as much as originally intended. Proposed tax increase was 10%, but the actual increase was only 9%, so that is a tax cut the progs. Same concept applies to "defunding the police".
