This is pitiful y'all.....our Deep State government assisted the Chinese spying by outsourcing the US industrial/manufacturing base beginning in the late eighties. We're all supposed to be shocked this Chinese spying is happening.....Diane Feinstein knows what's up.

I found out how a lot of this works.
Acme Hi-Tech wants to build a plant in China. It's a big market. China says "OK, but you have to hire 10 Chinese 'technical helpers.'"
Acme says OK, reluctantly. The helpers are spies who report on how Acme produces their tech stuff.

This was the biggest find by far, worth a read to see the extent the Chinese are going to, to steal IP and Govt intel.
