Congrats?

quote:

Chicago's annual homicide number has climbed above 600 for only the second time in more than a decade.

Three people fatally shot over the last two days brought the city's total number of homicides for 2017 over the grim threshold, according to data from the Chicago Tribune and police department.

It's a war zone.

For those who favor stricter gun control, what gun law would solve Chicago's problem?

I don't have the #'s but I can guarantee St. Louis is higher than both at a per capita rate

Everyone loves to go per capita when the numbers suck for them.

I'll bet there is one thing in common with the murders in Chicago and New Orleans that you wouldn't like to discuss.

Yep got out of the military a year ago. Moved back to where I'm from originally in Illinois.

Funny thing is I have 10+ guns under my bed and since moving back haven't applied for a foid card.

Am I breaking the law. Absolutely.

Are my guns killing anyone? Nope.

Just been busy with other priorities and ISP Website is always down. Just FYI to let you know that I'm not a rebel lol

The statues have been removed. Those numbers will greatly improve.

I'm not one to assert any correlation here, but it actually is a pretty big improvement from last year.

I think it's more the new UMC doing work.

Now you know, BHP. If you visit Chicago or New Orleans, just avoid any of the best restaurants and you should be safe.
