Obama was in office for 8 years & it is his policies & E.O.s that lost the Democrats the elections across the country. But we cann't use him in an argument. POTUS Trump has been in office 2 weeks and all the blame is his. Really amusing to see so many Aggies being anti Trump, guess it goes with the same culture of having yell leaders wearing white coveralls. It's the libs who are rioting in the streets but it is POTUS Trump who will cause a "coup". A coup? Really, you are afraid of a coup?

Listen, madam. Trump made Chucky Cheeze Schumer cry. That alone is enough to Re-elect Trump!
Now go put some ice on your pussy.

Spouting off insults instead of trying to add relevant view points to the conversation. Way to go.

I do not like EOs. I do not feel the president legally has the power to create laws. They do have the power to enforce them. And when the enforcer starts creating laws, who is going to stop them? That is the courts job. But they can just tell the courts to frick off. That's basically what homeland security has done.
Trump purged the state department and is probably setting up secret intelligence agencies that directly report to him. Yeah, I'm pretty concerned that a coup could happen for Trump to overthrow the government. I don't think it is outside the realm of possibilities.
Why do you need to use Obama in an argument? Obama isn't president. You can't use the argument of "Well Obama did this shitty thing, so it's okay for Trump to do this same shitty thing." It's still shitty. That is not a good excuse. Judge his actions for what they are, his actions. Don't compare them to Obama in a desperate attempt to defend him. Actually come up with your own thoughts instead of just insulting the opposition and blaming the previous president.

I don't think I've ever seen you actually say anything relevant on this board. You either laugh, say MAGA, or talk shite. Never seen you actually share what you believe.

Oh look, someone else comes along to throw out insults instead of adding to the conversation. Damn this board is predictable.

It just seems interesting to a lot of people responding that you are just making this post for the first time and not the multiple times Obama did EO and basically shredded the constitution.
A lot of what Trump has done his first 10 days in fact has been reversing what Obama did on his EO. Now I actually agree with you that I wish/hope Trump does work with congress a lot more in the future to get legislation passed to where this is all not just unilateral EO that the next leftist president who gets elected can Immediately reverse back to what Obama originally did the moment he would get in office.
In conclusion though, you have to be a little bit realistic and pragmatic about things and take a chill pill, I mean, historically--all Presidents issue lots of EO. Obama obviously, Clinton, both Bushes , hell, Reagan did a ton and small government conservatives loved him. It really boils down to what that specific president is trying to accomplish and if they are trying to undue damage from previous administrations for example.
