Need to be brought back to what they were meant for.
The problem is that we are playing politics in every branch, and taking positions just to spite one another, dems and repubs that is.

It is Trump's responsibility to undo Little Barry's eight year assault on this country. Further, the radical NY judge exceeded her authority to an absurd degree. She can't strip away the President's legal and historical role in overseeing immigration. But I take it you have no problem with her decision?

Courts are undermining POSTUS duly defined Constitutional Authority to protect the people of the United States from enemies foreign and domestic. It would be the same as the courts saying you can fight a war but you cant use bombs....
