Work with a bunch of women. They cause all the problems in the office. They don’t get along, stab each other in the back every chance they get and talk shite about one another non stop. Always issues.

My mom is a retired Federal employee. She always HATED working for women. SHe said that as soon as they got a female manager the place would devolve into gossip, drama, and backstabbing. Then a few years later, they'd get a man that would come in and say "knock that shite off" and everything would be smooth until he was invariably replaced by a woman. Rinse/repeat.

At my company, HR spends about 95% of their time making sure people who should be fired aren't fired.

If women left the workforce and went back to tend to their homes and raising families, there would be no such thing as an HR department anywhere?

Pretty sure trial lawyers had a little bit to do with it.

HR is there to ensure managers dont do something stupid and get the company sued. They are defiantly not there to the average worker.

i have more issues with male coworkers, trans and managers than female anything on the work place.

the girls and the gays are the least of my overall worries.

Probably one of the best episodes of The Office was about Toby's complaint box where people would come and complain and he'd just stick it in a cardboard box.

Meh, they also deal with about a billion federal and state laws so other managers don’t have to.

I had a staff of seven women and one man. There was not a day that went by that I didn't have the desire to stuff him in a transformer cabinet, weld the top on and ship him to Puerto Rico.

Human Resources called me to their office. They had received a email that I had just read. The President came by while we were talking ......"For years I've wanted to get rid of him." I replied "Imagine that, you suffered all this time just to give the problem to me. How Victorian of you" I got up, "By the way .....his last paragraph of his bitch fest states ......If you don't change my job, I will retire." Best damned retirement letter I ever read. Department meeting in ten minutes ......With him standing there ..I informed the department .."Mike announced his retirement this morning. We have 30 days."

My girls celebrated by taking me out to lunch the day after he left ......They didn't take Mike to lunch the day he left .....

Human Resources called me in ....."Before jumping on me remember ......not one payment of termination and unemployment .....I won."
