What would be your solution in case like this?

Are you asking for a salary cap enforced by law? Sounds sort of communistic to me.

The problem is when the companies do really well the employees rarely see financial gains only the stakeholders do.
It reminds one of the US Women's soccerteam pay debacle. The US Women's team had previously rejected a "pay-to-play" structure similar to the men's, in favor of a deal that included guaranteed salaries and benefits.
Because the US Women were risk-averse (and business-STUPID tbh), the US Women's soccer team got paid substantially less overall than the men's team, which had failed to even qualify for the 2018 World Cup.
The women cried and sued, and sued and cried, and finally benefitted from a woke-system mulligan granted by a very woke-friendly DOJ. But that's a great example of being risk averse up front, albeit with loud screeching and wailing when those willing to take risk win.

I don’t think government intervention is ever a good solution, but it does seem like a glaring issue with the wealthy getting wealthier and the upper middle class shrinking. $100k ain’t what it used to be.
Just start your own business and become a CEO. Pay yourself $100M a year … simple.

Why limit your analysis to pay discrepancies in individual companies, maybe everyone should make the same amount.

Patrick Smith is kicking butt, and it's not even close.
