ETA: the same type of fraud will be repeated in home care, chore workers, assisted living and skilled nursing.
It will ripple out through pharmacies and DME suppliers.

No. Give the state auditors of California all of the credit because that removes the witch hunt or conspiracy talking points that are going to be used. Just point to the audit and to Newsome and crew promising they would fix the problem. They admitted the problem is real and widespread, and in the 2+ years since they have done nothing to curb it. In fact, it has only gotten worse.
