Catherine Herridge is tearing this Dem memo apart. ETA: diGenova speaks out: "silly memo"

on Fox NOW so I can't link. She mentions, specifically that the dem memo references the McCabe testimony but does NOT REFUTE the republican memo where McCabe states in his testimony that the FISA would NOT have been sought if not for the Steele dossier.
Furthermore, she stresses the importance of presenting iron-clad evidence to the FISC at the highest bar possible since it is completely one-sided (the gov't) & used to spy on Americans HERE in the US.
ETA: she also reiterated how the democrats, just one year ago, were all about the dossier being used--in fact, it was a top line item--& now in their memo they are denouncing the dossier as it being insignificant. In other words, dems be crawfishin!
ETA 2/26:
Joe DiGenova: Schiff Memo | FBI Dir. Wray | Carter Page | NRA | Rosenstein | Sheriff Scott IsraelNow Joe diGenova speaks out & says the dem "silly" memo has the most glaring omission possible. The fact it makes no mention of the McCabe testimony that "but for the Steele dossier the affidavit in support of the warrant to the FISC never would have been submitted" isn't even addressed. They ignore it completely & it dessimates their memo. In addition, according to the DEM MEMO itself, the FBI & DOJ NEVER told the FISC that the source of the Steele dossier was the Clinton campaign & the DNC. And finally, the Carter Page warrant was initially denied in June 2016 & was only granted once the Steele dossier was included!!! The FBI went around looking for stuff to obtain that warrant! Rosenstein needs to appoint a grand jury. All senior Obama DOJ officials, along with FBI officials need to be questioned by this grand jury, under penalty of perjury. There is unmasking which is questionable & there is also LEAKING in which there is already 27 investigations underway. There could already be a grand jury underway in this case by the AG BUT we have no evidence of that---they are just investigating the leaks.
He further states that dems are OK with destroying the FBI & DOJ in service to the dem party. Dirty & slithering (he mentions Schiff specifically).
Also, he says a FISA warrant isn't as high a standard as an actual criminal warrant. Interesting.

FISA is ex parte, meaning the defendant has no representation. Thus, the FBI has a duty to provide all evidence, even evidence favorable to the guy they want to spy on. The FBI obviously did not do this.

She also pointed out that it is a direct contradiction to one of Comey’s testimonies about the dossier.
So, either Comey lied under oath, or the memo is wrong.
Maybe both.

Comey has turned into a scumbag.
I actually trusted him to do the right thing in the beginning.

You can tell this memo is a real turd based on when it was released and the lack of lefty shills hyping it.

Yeah but it doesn't matter. Comey has his buddy running the DOJ right now. He will never be investigated.

Knowing Comey & the dems: LIKELY both.

Nunes admitted in a live Fox interview that McCabe never expressly testified to what is in the Memo. Nunes said what is in the Memo was Nunes' OWN summary of McCabe's testimony as a whole.
Nunes said he would release McCabe's testiomy transcript to prove what McCabe said.
Yet, Nunes hasn't even tried to get the transcript released.
So Catherine Herridge doesn't know what she is talking about.

Google and NLRB are up to some shady ex parte stuff with regard to James Damore and his termination dispute.

1st: this is the crux of the situation. They need to release transcripts of the testimony. Nunes is busy doing some kind of 2nd phase. Who's to say he isn't going to release the transcripts in the near future. Furthermore, those testimonies should have been public anyway!
2nd: Herridge is just reporting what is out there. She knows her shite. She has been all up in this, more then any of us have so she remembers what the hypocrites were crying about last year.

Another thing: Herridge was discussing this tonight on Judge Jeanine?--->did the FBI let the FISC know that Carter Page was a witness for them just a few years earlier? I think not!

Whenever there's hot, breaking, political story that's complicated, Fox will have Herridge on it. Indeed, she does an excellent job.

And they also didn't tell FISA that Page had said that the Russians had tried to recruit him as an agent in 2013. Should they have told FISA that too?

Yep. Usually you disclose as much relevant info as possible when requesting a warrant. You didn't know that?
