This is an example of why these people hate you.

Replying to @RealCrumpster
Celebrate the win at the court…by promising to destroy the court.

Replying to @WesternLensman
These people are mental. The “hyper-partisan” court handed the left its biggest win in 100 years.

Replying to @WesternLensman
They can't stop undermining the court. They are stoking their base so when they blow it up and pack the court leftists will cheer.

Replying to @WesternLensman
Democrats / Socialists / Communists will never be satisfied until they control everything everywhere and all resistance is crushed.
They want the rest of us enslaved or dead.
Tell me I’m mistaken.

If we get the save America act passed - they will never hold the majority again.

Anyone that refuses to nuke the filibuster needs to be replaced.

The hyper-left reins in the righteous angry right and the reactionary right reins in the loony left. What a republic we have, folks

This is true but it will not happen. Trump should have pushed this through Day 1 of his 2nd term. He had the political capital at the time and it is the most important legislation that could have been passed.

I wish they would all read it in black and white and it says this so it means this. Personal feelings and desires should be checked at the door. Utopia, I know but it's impossible that 5 or 6 are right and 3 or 4 are wrong.

If we continue to be defeated, we will become like England.

We must demand it.

Nuke the filibuster or get the hell out of office.

The problem here seems to be the validity of the EO.

Kavanaugh stated that Congress can solve the problem by amending the law.

And he's right. Don't like the law? Change the law the right way and problem solved.

How many cases before the Supreme Court have the liberal Justices voted the conservative perspective? They vote as a block against the conservative side practically every vote.

The incorrect interpretation of birthright citizenship has made it impossible to fix via legislation.

I finally have something in common with Democrats... I am also incensed that Birthright Citizenship case wasn't decided 9-0.

Although I would have accepted the new 'slam dunk' of 6-3 because the 3 are partisan hacks who should never get a whiff of the SC, much less sit on it's bench.

Agreed.

The Pubs in Congress need to act while they still have the majority.

And 5 current justices would hold such a law unconstitutional. 6 if you include Gorsuch, who suggested he would be open to including the children of illegal immigrants as birthright citizens.

...and something as clear cut as the gun rights case they plan on hearing should be 9-0, but the 3 marxists will dissent.
