That probably means it was a Muslim. If it was a white man wearing a red hat it would have been released within minutes.

How weird. He had guns and explosives in his apartment but did not take them with him and chose to use his car instead. Yet, he must of had one gun because he killed himself. One would think that if you are going to drive into a crowd and kill yourself anyway, why not load the car with explosives anyway. Or get out and shoot people and then kill yourself.
