Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't the Capitol Police initially say that this woman died of a drug overdose?
1- what did her toxicology report say (as if we could actually believe it); and
2- under what facts is beating someone to death reaonsable (bc that's now what they seem to be saying)
3- (Not that anyone GAF), but how is it unreasonable force to kneel on a guy as he's dying of a fentanyl overdose, but it is reasonable force to beat a sober woman unconcious and then, once she's subdued bc she's been beaten unconcious, continue to physically beat her till she dies?
There are no asnwers I know. These are basically rhetorical questions. But I am shouting these into the wind right now.

White victim, black cop. Nothing to see here...move along unless you want more of the same.

Police are totally out of control in this country.

Police brutality is the result of our training practices and policies.
It's also a result of police officers being able to escalate a situation with no or very few checks and balances to it.
Then they review the situations themselves and typically determine they were perfect. It's ridiculous.
Being a police officer isn't even that dangerous of a job.....you're far more likely to die or be injured in other lines of work or just by non related circumstances or causes.

Sometimes you have to make your own justice

Sure there are more dangerous jobs. Those deaths are accidents though. But you knew that.

Question for legal people - in such a scenario how is it permissible for the police to investigate this matter internally? Shouldn't another law enforcement entity have the ability to review the evidence and not leave it to "internal affairs" or is that not possible?

Her picture is out there.
Someone will come after her.
Someone will come after her.

This almost mirrors exactly the way the media claimed Trump supporters killed a DC police officer. The one who absolutely did not die of any head injury. It is stunning that whatever the establishment accuses others of doing turns out to be exactly what they themselves are guilty of committing.

Her dream came true. She got to beat a white person to death and receive political praise for it.
If I'm understanding the article correctly...this lady was a black Trump supporter.
