Hold up. What has she ever provided that makes you think she is telling the truth. She is literally famous for saying “I have evidence” and “my sources, who I trust, have told me” then she legit never provides any “receipts”.

The problem with this thread is the OP is making an error in the title and everyone is reacting to that error. Candace did not claim Tyler Robinson is innocent.

Yeah, because the people you mentioned (2 of whom have larger platforms than Kirk) fully communicating the conspiracy weren't the real threat.
The real threat was the guy who was just starting to have some doubts.

Growing up in the 70s and 80s the checkout lines at the grocery store were always full of tabloid magazines ranging from those focusing on celebrity gossip to those focusing on ridiculous conspiracy theories.
"Boy raised by wolves!" "Satan trapped in garden shed!" "UFOs have abducted a Michigan man over 300 times!" "Amazing Wolf-Boy found in Argentina." "Lizard-Man discovered going through airport security!"
That was the Weekly World News, if I recall correctly.
Those magazines seemed to disappear gradually in the 90s (even before the internet made print media near-obsolete), but it occurs to me that social media and the internet have resurrected them. Instead of the Weekly World News we have Candice Owens and Huckster Carlson.
What's interesting is that there are probably even more people in modernity who are willing to believe the nonsense. You'd think we would have become more sophisticated. But we've become less so as a society.
Art Bell was so far ahead of his time I feel bad for the guy.
