Can't change that. That's genetic.
"Be a man, act like a man" etc are characteristics we ascribe to men, but are not characteristics were are innately born with. That's just us projecting our perception of norms (made up for social convenience and order) onto biological entities.
There is nothing about having two X chromosomes that says I was born not to wear a dress. I could where I dress if I wanted to and that won't change my chromosomes. I'll be acting like a "woman" but I'll never be a female, because I can't ever becoming a XX human being.
Its pretty simple
Male : XX
Female : XY
Can't change that. That's genetic.

This is where your argument falls into disarray. There are qualities that are generally true of men as a group. The same applies to women.
If a person doesn't fit into the nice neat category of "masculine" or "feminine" they are free to work outside those limiting boundaries. They aren't free to ask me to conform my reality to theirs.

I never said they needed white culture in order to survive.
