Fukker has never tried a criminal case. He's a frickin pundit. Landmark Legal is like Public Citizen.....mostly amicus and public interest stuff. Criminal shite is for crimina lawyers who know the game and the intricacies.

I’m not a lawyer ((your welcome), but it would seem to me that they could and should if there is a constitutional right violation. Due process etc. I’m not suggesting there is, only that’s a potential path

I think the only way they would jump the normal process is if merchan imprisoned Trump or something.

Jeanine Pirro, a Trump proponent, said it can go to the SC, but they need to exhaust other options first. This won’t happen fast at all.

We saw them run with this as fast as they could to get the conviction before the election, but now they’re gonna slam on the brakes and drag out the appeal.
