Doubt it. Most Republican and Dem voters will vote the opposing party’s candidate as last choice. So it actually gives a 3rd party candidate a legitimate shot since they would be likely to be 2nd choice on most ballots that voted Dem or Republican as their first choice

Ripe for fraud.

If Hulu or any other media or tech company is pushing it, you can rest assured that it's beneficial to the democrat fraud machine.

That's all we need to know.

Democrats want it because their voters are less likely to show up to vote for the runoff.

How about defining RCV as:

If you work in the private sector your vote is tripled.

If you work for the government your vote is doubled.

If receive any form of social assistance your vote remains as a single vote.

If you work for any major news outlet your vote is cancelled.

It really isn't, it just happens to be brought up in Dem states where Dems will win anyway.

It's the kind of thing that would help us not end up with RINOs in primaries

It has been used in some organizations I've been involved with. The purpose is because you cannot meet again as a group and vote and you have a large pool of candidates.
It's a bad idea compared to traditional run offs. It leaves a lot of openings to cheat.
