Can someone please clarify white nationalist for me?

Why does the media equate this to white supremacy? I had to Google the definition of nationalist and this is what I found...

How does this equate to white supremacy or racism in any way? If all countries were focused on nationalism would that not make the world better? In other words focus on making each individual country be the best it can be and then let's all have each other's back to focus on how we can all support each other.

A nationalist and a white nationalist are 2 completely different things. But the left and the media will conflate the 2 or just flat out call a nationalist a white nationalist. It’s basically a tactic to delegitimize legitimate opposition.

Not necessarily. I was simply answering your question. When a leader has tendencies toward nationalism, it will always be compared to the guy who was a nationalist and killed 6 million Jews.
